MX Lettings was founded by Massimiliano Tagliapietra, an accredited real estate agent and landlord in Kensington & Chelsea, with over a decade of industry experience. After repeatedly encountering slow, impersonal, and inefficient high-street management firsthand, he set out to build a more accountable, commercially focused alternative.

The result is a property management business shaped by ownership, not sales targets. One that prioritises clarity, performance, and transparent decision-making. Multilingual and internationally experienced, Massimiliano leads a team committed to managing property properly, not just administrating it.
